Our EQ Solution
We provide EQ training throughout the project supplemented with individual coaching where required to improve team dynamics.
Our Approach

Phase I: Formulate the Current State
We only have one shot to formulate an accurate view of the current state. We dig deep to figure out exactly where you are today by listening, observing and asking smart questions. Our proprietary assessment questionnaire enables us to get beyond the surface to understand your root issues.

Phase IIa: Conduct Gap Analysis
Once we have our foundational understanding in place, we look for gaps and hurdles that need to be addressed in order for efficiencies to be realized. We continue to look for pieces of the puzzle that are missing throughout the project to ensure no stone has been left unturned.

Phase IIb: Assess Change Readiness and EQ Tone
We will actively use proprietary tools from the ADKAR Change Management Model Toolkit to understand where your bottlenecks are. Moreover, we will also assess the general EQ tone and provide Just-In-Time quick hit learnings to team members, fully customized to your particular situation, throughout the duration of the project to improve team collaboration.

Phase III: Design for Impact
Our main goal is to leave you significantly better off than when we found you. What does your future state need to look like that is both practical and efficient? We will design your future state plan with that as our guiding principle and then we’ll make sure you have all the tools you need to achieve your desired outcome.

Execution and Rollout Phase
Our job is to oil the machine so we’ll equip and empower your key stakeholders with specialized knowledge and customized tools to keep you moving forward confidently even when we are no longer there.
Testimonials
The work you’ve done has been held up as a best practice for
other groups to follow. It’s a real testament to your work.
Senior Director
for all of your help wrangling everything and everyone together. I know
how much it helped us get things where they needed to be.
Senior Director
Diana was able to jump into a project with a lot of ambiguity and add immediate value. She helped wrestle a lot of information into a structure that was leadership-ready and that facilitated decision- making.
